To start the Dorcas Project was the burden of Brother Jonathan back in 2007 under the name "Project Sonlight."
Ten years later, after Grace2Russia was started, God saw fit to put together this idea with the help of several interested individuals around the United States.

The goals of the Dorcas Project are the following:
 

Provide personal investment into the lives of orphans in Russian-speaking countries through sewing needed clothes for each child.
 

Sending hand-made birthday cards for each child, so that they feel individually special and important.

 

To open the door of orphanages for missions work and build a bridge of love for the Good News to walk across.
